From late June, all of July and August and for the first week in September.

House Tariff For 2007 Is As Follows :

The House will sleep six / eight persons in two doubles and a twin with a futon. All bedrooms are en suite.

Cost per week in the months of July: £800, August: £950, September: £650 plus electricity.

An initial deposit of £200 secures your booking which is returnable after deducting the electricity charges and any damage to the property or breakages at the end of the let (electricity charges are read from a meter, before and at the end of your stay and charged at normal rates) Full payment is required eight weeks prior to occupancy.

The beds are made up and there is extra linen in the airing cupboard, we do not supply towels !

Bed & Breakfast All Year Round (2007)

We can accommodate you in either a double or twin / family room, both en-suite and with stunning sea views.

Honeymoon double four-poster bed with stunning sea views.

Bed & Breakfast Tariff For 2007 Is As Follows:

£60 per room per night or £55 per room per night for stays exceeding one night, there is a small supplement per child.

We serve a full English breakfast, or continental if you prefer - between 0730 - 0930.

House-trained animals are very welcome. Televisions and tea/coffee-making facilities in all rooms.

Walkers are very welcome!!! Drying facilities. Packed lunches can be supplied.
